The above photograph is of an historic event in Australian racing, a double dead-heat in the same race,this occurred on 19/3/98 at Gosford Racecourse, with a deadheat for both first and fourth placings. The "photograph" is actually a collage of hundreds of individual narrow photographs taken a fraction of a second apart as the horses pass the winning post.
