NOTE: Prices are in Australian Dollars. Rates are based on 4 persons. An additional fixed charge of $20.00 per person per night will be charged over this number to cover linen costs etc. No GST is applicable on rental accommodation.

Lakeview Cottage and Lakeview Lodge are on Wallis Lake near BOOTI-BOOTI NATIONAL PARK an easy 3-hour drive north from Sydney

CONDITIONS OF TENANCY:

1) We are committed to providing you with the most enjoyable stay with us however, to ensure the quiet and good order of the neighbourhood please ensure keep noise to a minimum after 9.30pm

2) Stictly no parties without prior arrangement

3) Guests are kindly asked to refrain from smoking inside the house. Please use the deck area for this purpose

4) Pets are welcome on the deck and in the garden but are not permitted inside the house

5) The premises are let to you only for the period stated on the receipt

6) The premises are available after 1.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 9.30 am unless arrangements are made. The premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Please place rubbish in the bin before departing.

7) 20% rental is required as deposit with the balance payable when the key is collected.

8) In the event of cancellation within 30 days the deposit is not refundable unless the cottage is rebooked for the entire period.

9) The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated at the time of confirmation

10) All damages, breakage's or losses to the property and/or furniture are to be reported and paid for immediately

11) Fish are not to be cleaned or oysters opened on the property

12) No responsibility is taken for tenants personal property left on the premises
