Our staff will provide you with a pin number when you activate the service. If you have forgot your pin number, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and our staff will log a ticket to reset your pin. 

 

Accessing the message bank though your service

 

  1. Dial either number below
  • 101
  • 125 101
  1. Enter in your message bank pin number, followed by the # symbol. 

 

Accessing the message bank remotely

 

  1. Dial 1800 135 102 from any phone in Australia or + 61 418 707 102 from any international carrier
  2. Enter in the telephone number including the area code that you wish to access the message bank from and then press #
  3. Enter in your message bank pin number, followed by the # symbol.

When you access the message bank, any new messages will begin playing then followed by any old messages. After listening to each message, these are the options:

(1) Replay Message

(2)(2) To call the person back - Applicable call rates apply

(5) Delete Message

(9) Main Menu

 

To change your pin number

 

  1. Access your Message Bank service
  2. Press 9 to enter the main menu
  3. Press 3 to enter message bank setup
  4. Press 3 to change your pin
  5. Enter in a 6 digit pin and then press #

 

To change your greeting message

 

  1. Access your Message Bank service
  2. Press 9 to enter the main menu
  3. Press 3 to enter message bank setup
  4. Press 1 to change your greeting message
