If you receive a message saying
"Username and password
Authentication failed", it means that:
1. You have entered the wrong username;
2. You have entered the wrong password; or
3. They are in the wrong case. Username and Password are
case sensitive (normally lower case).
Remember that user name is not your real name; it is the user name you nominated when you
filled in the joining form.
E.g. Username = dafyduck
Password = beesnee
